As Chartered Surveyors, property valuations form a significant part of our business. We specialise in all types of rural property from houses to land and buildings and other commercial properties such as barns converted to business use

We are panel valuers for the majority of the high street lenders, including the Agricultural Mortgage Corporation (AMC), and also for a number of the specialist secondary mortgage lenders for whom we value property throughout the UK

In addition to carrying out valuations for loan security purposes, we often work alongside other professionals to provide valuations for tax and probate purposes and for litigation purposes
