There is strengthening demand from clients for advice on the planning potential of all types of property. It is through planning and development that clients can witness significant enhancement to the value of property assets
Identification of potential through local knowledge of planning policy is a fundamentally important starting point which can then be progressed with the promotion of the project through the planning process. In many cases we project manage the other consultants who are often required in order to obtain a successful outcome
Our involvement will more than likely continue towards the marketing of, or negotiation of the sale of the property with the successful planning consent
Commonly we are involved in the conversion of agricultural barns and courtyards to alternative uses, building plots and garden development, redundant buildings, diversification and tourism, and energy projects
On a longer term strategic level we are involved in:
- Identifying larger areas with longer term potential
- Promoting areas of land for change of use to residential/mixed uses
- Negotiating Options and other agreements
