By involving us at the start of a business or property dispute we can often resolve the issue without having to resort to costly litigation

Where this is not possible, Carver Knowles are able to provide expert evidence ranging from High Court and County Court cases to agricultural arbitrations and Lands Tribunal hearings acting as both a single joint expert as well as an expert retained by either one of the parties. Our reports comply with the RICS Practice Statement & Guidance Notes "Surveyors acting as Expert Witnesses", the updated Civil Procedure Rules - Part 35 and the Civil Justice Council Experts Protocol

We also accept instructions to act as mediators where our commercial and pragmatic approach to the mediation process and our professional experience can often unlock a settlement where earlier negotiations have failed
