From the outset of a project/scheme we will deal with such matters as:-
- Check the party has the rights or otherwise to enter on to the land
- Negotiate and agree compensation and/or appropriate payments
- Undertake pre-entry records of conditions were appropriate
- Liaise with solicitors if an easement or other agreement needs to be entered into to ensure interests are fully protected
- Negotiate compensation for losses flowing during construction
- Negotiate site compounds and other arrangements where appropriate
Telecom masts
Telecom masts are becoming increasingly common on rural property. Carver Knowles are experienced in dealing with all aspects of the telecom mast process including negotiating heads of terms from the first initial approach by the telecom operator to carrying out rent reviews to negotiating revised terms where the operator wishes to put extra equipment on the mast
Our team have a good working knowledge on the Electricity and Telecoms Act and, where appropriate, will work with legal advisers to ensure interests are protected and payments/compensation maximised
